Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please contact us at pawandhavensupport@gmail.com before returning an item. Returns must be approved before they are shipped back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged when received.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item so we can assist you.

Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order begins processing.
